14-day refund
If HookPlaybook is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.
Renewals and cancelling
You can cancel any time from Billing in your dashboard, and you will not be charged again. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Renewals are not refunded after they are charged, except where the law requires it or where something went wrong on our side; tell us and we will look at it fairly.
How to ask
Email hello@hookplaybook.com from the address on your account. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method, and usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days. You can also reach Paddle about any payment at paddle.net.
