Questions
Is it safe for my X account?
Yes. We post through X's official API, with your permission, and only what you approve. No DMs, no auto-replies, no follow-back schemes, and we never see your password.
Does it post without me?
Only what you approve. Drafts wait in your Schedule; an approved post goes out at its time, and you can pause posting in Settings.
Will the posts sound like me?
We learn your voice from your last 40 posts (or your website), and you can correct it on the Voice page. Every draft is written in it, and you can edit any of them before it goes out.
Do you copy other people's posts?
No. We learn the pattern of a viral post (its hook, format, length and timing), never its words. Every draft is checked, and one too close to its source is dropped.
Is the score a promise?
No. It shows how close a post is to posts that beat their author's normal reach in your niche this week, for accounts your size. It is a guide.
What is a credit?
A post costs 1 credit. A post with a link costs 10, because X charges us more for links. Checks and drafts cost no credits.
Is there a free plan?
Yes: every feature, with 10 free posts to try it (they don't refill), and no card. Upgrade any time from your dashboard for posts every month.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from Billing in your dashboard. Your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I change plans?
Yes, from Billing. A bigger plan starts at once, and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period. A smaller plan starts at your next renewal.
Who handles payments?
Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Your card details never reach our servers.
